Can You Work Your Abs While You're Pregnant?
I'm certainly no expert here. But according to Progressive Parent, you can most definitely do abdominal exercises when you are expecting.

Progressive Parent is selling a set of pregnancy workout videos, but there's plenty of free information on the site. It's worth a visit.
